1.Sales & Marketing Executive

Work Experience: 0-3 Years or Above

Location: Delhi / NCR

Package/Salary : Best in the market depending on the skills & experience

Apart from that Mobile and Conveyance would be paid extra by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for Sales of residential and commercial projects, coordination & meeting with Clients & Brokers.

  • Educate customer on real estate developments and generate sales.
  • Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
  • Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis.
  • Conduct site visits as per customer timings.
  • Operate from site office to catch/meet clients for lead generation.
  • When required attend/schedule lunch entertainment for key corporate accounts.
  • For team leaders, experience in team leading is a must.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresher, Bachelor, MBA with Strong in inter-personality and out-going, out spoken, passionate for Sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Hindi and computer literacy is essential.
  • Should be target oriented and good exposure in client interaction and aggressive selling skills is mandatory.

Note : Bike/Car or own arrangement of commutation is must as it is a field job.

2.Sales & Marketing - Asst. Managers 

Work Experience: 2-4 Years or Above

Location: Delhi / NCR

Package/Salary : Best in the market depending on the skills & experience
